- issue library cards (Registration)
- help you to find and use the diverse offerings and stocks of the library, especially how to use the electronic resources
- support you with literature researches in catalogues and databases
- refer you to respective branch libraries or subject specialists if required
- help you to order books and articles from other libraries (interlibrary loan) and we generate an interlibrary loan account for you
- hand out information materials about different aspects of library usage
- offer guided tours and research trainings, also for multipliers (teachers, tutors, lecturers for example)
